Pictures from the Interior of Pharaoh Twosret Kings Valley Tomb, KV14

Pharaoh’s husband and predecessor, Pharaoh Seti II, began Tomb KV14 for his wife’s future use, but before she could use it, Pharaoh Seti II died and may well have been interred here while his wife finished his own Tomb, KV15.

When Pharaoh Twosret died, she was buried here but the Tomb was later usurped by Pharaoh Setnakht of the 20th Dynasty, father of Pharaoh Ramses III. It is believed that Pharaoh Twosret may have been reburied in KV35.
